The Scheduler is where you can see the status of all emails. Use it to diagnose email issues. Scheduler email status list

Column headings

Title: The title of the email. Edit: Click edit Edit to see more detailed information about an email. Schedule: The date and time the email is scheduled to be sent. Completed: Shows whether the email was sent. Email Template: The name of the email template. Form: The title of the form from which the email was sent. Email CC: The name of the recipients Cc’d on the email. Email To: The name of the recipients. Email Address: The recipients set from questions in the form. You can have multiple recipients by separating the email addresses with a comma (,) and no space after the comma. To achieve this, use a set question value rule, as this field does not work with default values. Status: Shows more information if the email was not sent. Attachment: Attachment shows whether any files were attached to the email. Send to assigned: Ticked if the email was sent to the person assigned to the step.
