FlowForma Copilot helps you streamline workflow creation, enabling you to design and set up processes in minutes instead of hours. Powered by Agentic AI, this tool simplifies automation, making it easier and faster to take control of your process automation projects.
Everyone can interact with Copilot to ask questions and get ideas and suggestions for process building. However, unless the Copilot for Flow Builders feature is active on your site, the Build button is disabled, so you cannot create or save the flow.
If Copilot is enabled on your site, the Copilot tab opens by default when you open the Flow Designer. If it is not enabled, the Designer tab opens by default.
You can switch between these 2 tabs at any time.
A chat panel is displayed where you can type your requests into the message box.
Once your request has been processed, a suggested flow will be shown.
You can then review the suggested process and request changes if required, such as adding or removing steps and questions, altering their titles or question types, or adding further questions.
Chats are saved as you send and receive messages, even if the flow is not built or the Flow Designer saved.
You can create additional chats as needed, for example, one chat may be to manage the steps/questions, and another to ask general questions about the process.
All chats can be reopened at a later stage, and you can delete chats if they are no longer needed.
Once you are happy with the suggested flow, click Build. The process is built and a preview is displayed on the right-hand side.
You can then go to the Designer tab to fine-tune any requirements, or come back later to make further modifications.
Currently not all rules and question types are supported by Copilot.Rule/Question support allows Copilot to add that rule/question to the process, but it does not fully configure them.
