This question requires the Collaborative Decision Making feature to be enabled in FlowForma Settings > Features.
This question displays the results of a vote on a separate step within the form.
The voting results question type displays a table showing all decision team members, their decision, and captured rationale.
Voting results can be presented in a graphical or tabular format, or both, on a summary process step.
Question title: Each question must have a title. This is a required field and appears on the form
Question code: Each question needs a unique code. One is generated by default when you start creating a new question, but you can overwrite this and give it a different code if you prefer
Question type: Voting results
Required: Not applicable, included for consistency
Question description: This field is optional. If you enter a description here, the user sees this information displayed on the voting decision step
Available voting questions: This is a required field where you select the relevant voting question from within the flow
Display graph: If you select this option, the question displays the vote result graphically. You have the option to choose a Pie Chart, Bar Chart, or Radar Chart
Display average values: If you select this option, the graph displays either simple or weighted averages, depending on the voting question settings selected
Set result to a question: Select this option to choose a question from the flow where the overall result is to be captured
Display table: If you select this option, the question shows a table containing two or three columns: Decision Team Member Name, Decision, and Rationale (if capture rationale is enabled on the voting question)
Show question title on form: Check this option if you want to display the question’s title to the left of the input field. If you uncheck this option, the input field moves left and appears directly under the other questions/question titles
Place title on top: check this option to display the question’s title above the input field. If you uncheck this option, the title appears to the left of the input field, as normal
Render, but hide question on form: If you check this option, the question behaves as shown by default (default value, publishing, and calculation apply). However, the question is not displayed on the form
Once you’ve entered all the relevant information, click save. If you don’t want to save the question or the changes you’ve made, click close.
The vote administrator can enter comments on the reached decision on the decision step. This comment is visible to all voters.
