FlowForma Analytics helps you gain insights from the data collected in FlowForma forms. There are two main types of dashboards you can use: one with charts to analyze process performance data, and another to analyze the business data entered in the forms.

Azure DB

Use the Microsoft Azure pricing calculator to estimate the cost of your Azure database. First, select your preferred region and currency. We would typically recommend the following spec for most Production databases (Azure allows you to increase the parameters as you increase your usage):
  • Single database
  • DTU purchase model
  • Standard tier
  • S0: 10 DTUs
  • 250 GB included storage per database
  • 1 database x 730 hours
  • RA-GRS
The database is automatically updated in near-real time by the FlowForma Advanced Reporting Service. If the Azure DB is deleted, FlowForma can re-create the database contents from the data currently stored in SharePoint. The stated backup retention periods are a guide only. Ensure backups are carried out at a frequency that meets the needs of your business. You can start with lower values and increase them later if necessary.
