  • Create Azure user (Admin): automate creating new Azure Active Directory users from a workflow. Use case: onboard new employees by generating their Azure accounts during hiring.
  • Execute Dynamics CRM: integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to retrieve, update, or create records. Use case: add or update customer information based on workflow inputs.
  • Alert: send recurring notifications to users or groups when conditions are met. Use case: send daily or weekly reminders when critical workflows require approval.
  • Create HubSpot contact: automatically add new contacts to HubSpot CRM from workflow data. Use case: capture sales leads and transfer them to HubSpot for follow-up.
  • Execute EDM operations: perform actions within the Entity Data Management (EDM) system, such as data retrieval or updates. Use case: add new orders when workflows are processed.
  • Reassign work item: reassign a workflow step to a different user if it’s not completed within a specified timeframe. Use case: reassign an approval step if the original approver hasn’t actioned the form.
