FlowForma’s AI Assistants are a category of rule that let you incorporate generative AI into your existing and new flows. The first AI feature is Summarisation, which consists of a rule that generates a summary of a form and a question type that captures feedback on the quality of the summary. Form summaries are particularly useful in flows with many steps or questions, where a participant benefits from a concise text summary instead of reading through all previous steps.
