# Updated Form Interface - Frequently Asked questions

> Answers to common questions about FlowForma's updated form interface, including opt-out, affected versions, Engage and Teams impact, and Visual Form Designer.

## How do I access the new form interface?

All forms (existing and new) will be displayed with the new form interface. No upgrade action is required.

## Will I still be able to use the existing form interface after this upgrade?

No. The current form interface is replaced by the new form interface and will not be available after this update.

## Can I opt out of this update?

No. All existing and new FlowForma flows and forms will be impacted by this update.

## What versions of FlowForma are impacted by this upgrade?

Both FlowForma 8 and FlowForma 7 (add-in) are impacted by this update.

## Are other FlowForma user interfaces impacted by this update?

Yes. The FlowForma Teams client, FlowForma Mobile App, and Engage user interface have all been updated.

## How is the Engage user interface impacted by this upgrade?

The Flow Title and Step Title now display differently in Engage forms, in both enhanced and non-enhanced mode.

## How do I access Visual Form Designer?

Visual Form Designer is available within Flow Designer. Open the Flow, then select **Visual Form Designer** from the toolbar on the left.

## I have used themes in Visual Form Designer, will they still work?

Yes. Themes will still work as previously configured.

## I have used multi-column layouts in Visual Form Designer, are these supported?

Yes. Existing multi-column layouts are supported and will still work as previously configured.

## I use a form in embedded mode using the env=WebViewList URL parameter. Will this still work?

Yes. Using this parameter will display the form using the new UI in embedded mode.
