# FlowForma settings

> FlowForma settings gives administrators tabbed access to configure General options, Features, Mobile Centre, Form Archiving, Parent-child, and connections.

The FlowForma settings page allows you to configure various settings related to FlowForma. It is broken down into multiple tabs:

  **Note**: To access FlowForma settings, you need to be a member of the FlowForma Administrator group.

FlowForma administrators can then go to **Home** or the **Dashboard** and click the cog icon at the top right of the banner.

* **General**: Displays options about the FlowForma version, FlowForma email sender, groups etc
* **Features**: allows you to activate features and view active ones
* **Mobile Centre**: displays information related to the mobile app and its configuration.
* **Form Archiving**: allows you to enable/disable the form archiving, along with its configuration
* **[Parent-child](/product/flowforma-settings/parent-child)**: allows you to configure parent-child relationships between your flows.
* **Add-ons**: displays a list of available custom rules and questions, useful additions that are not included in the core product.
* **[Global Connections](/product/flowforma-settings/global-connections)**:
  * Create and manage connections to MS SQL databases for use with the SQL [Lookup question](/product/creating-flows/questions/question-types/lookup-question) and Execute SQL Stored Procedure
  * Displays the connection details for [Entity Data Management](/product/entity-data-management) feature.
  * Create and manage access tokens that can be used in the [Add/update form](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/data-integration-rules/add-update-form) to update forms in this site.
