# Features

> The Features tab lets FlowForma administrators activate or deactivate licensed capabilities such as Reporting, HubSpot, Engage, Analytics, and Copilot.

The **Features** tab displays a list of all the features currently available for you to use.

The list of features shown depends on your license type. If any are missing, contact FlowForma Support, who will be happy to help enable them.

* **Activate**: This button will activate the feature, adding the needed elements for that feature.
* **Deactivate**: This button will deactivate the feature, removing any elements previously added for it.

## Existing features

* **Life sciences pack**: enables the Audit, [E-signature](/product/life-science-pack/e-signature), and [Flow documentation snapshot](/product/life-science-pack/flow-documentation-snapshot) features
* **CRM connectors**: enables the use of [Execute Dynamics CRM](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/feature-pack-business-rules/execute-dynamics-crm) and [CRM Lookup question](/product/creating-flows/questions/feature-questions/crm-lookup-question)
* **Reporting**: enables the [Reporting, OData and PowerPivots](/product/flowforma-reporting/reporting-odata-and-powerpivots) functionality, which can be used to import FlowForma Data into reporting tools
* **Advanced Reporting**: enables the [FlowForma Reporting - Exporting form data to SQL database](/product/flowforma-reporting/flowforma-reporting-exporting-form-data-to-sql-database), where FlowForma data will be stored for reporting
* **Analytics**: enables the [FlowForma Analytics](/product/flowforma-analytics/overview) feature
* **[Advanced form versioning](/product/advanced-form-versioning)**: enables the Advanced form versioning feature
* **Collaborative Decision Making:** enables the [Voting functionality](/product/creating-flows/questions/question-types/voting-functionality)
* **Work items**: enables the [Reassign work item](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/feature-pack-business-rules/reassign-work-item) and Alert business rules
* **HubSpot**: enables the [HubSpot Integration](/product/hubspot-integration) feature
* **[FlowForma Connect](/product/flowforma-connect)**: enables the FlowForma Connect feature
* **Entity Data Manager**: enables the [Entity Data Management](/product/entity-data-management) feature
* **Engage**: enables the use of [FlowForma Engage](/product/flowforma-engage), which can be activated using either
  * **Secure accessible forms**: Forms that allow defined non O365 users access to the process with credentials supplied and then verified when accessing the process
  * **Public accessible forms**: Forms that allow anonymous users to be assigned to steps in a FlowForma process
* **Moneris checkout**: enables the use of the Moneris question type
* **[AI Assistants](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/ai-assistants/overview)**: enables FlowForma's AI features, the Copilot, [AI Agent](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/ai-assistants/ai-agent), and [Summarisation](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/ai-assistants/summarisation) rules
