# AI Assistants

> AI Assistants bring generative AI into FlowForma flows, starting with Summarisation to condense form questions and a question type to capture feedback.

FlowForma's AI Assistants are a category of rule that let you incorporate generative AI into your existing and new flows.

The first AI feature is [Summarisation](/product/creating-flows/business-rules/business-rule-types/ai-assistants/summarisation), which consists of a rule that generates a summary of a form and a question type that captures feedback on the quality of the summary. Form summaries are particularly useful in flows with many steps or questions, where a participant benefits from a concise text summary instead of reading through all previous steps.
